A total of 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms are located on a generous 160 m2 of living space in the wooden house.
A total of 4 bedrooms plus a sofa bed on the open gallery are available. The Oberbrändi wooden house has electric central heating and is equipped with underfloor heating.
The lower level features a large second "living area" furnished with a sofa bed and a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
There is also a kitchenette and seating for 4 people. From here you can step out onto the terrace.
The main floor, with an open gallery leading to the upper floor, houses the kitchen, a bathroom, a separate WC, a beautiful living/dining room with a dining table and an additional table, and a bedroom. A French door leads to the spacious wooden terrace with comfortable seating and views of the Black Forest.
Upstairs, there is a sofa bed on the open gallery and two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. Each bedroom also has a bunk bed that can accommodate one adult or two children. A further bathroom is available.
Dogs and other pets are welcome in this holiday home.
In the garden you will find a great outdoor sauna.

The wooden house Oberbrändi is located on the village council grounds of the municipality of the same name. It is surrounded by forest and meadows, with a magnificent view of the picturesque landscape and the Black Forest.
Shopping and restaurants can be found in Loßburg, just a short drive away. Freudenstadt and Alpirsbach are only 20 minutes away, and Sulz and Oberndorf, with access to the A81 motorway, are 30 minutes away.

The train takes you to Loßburg in 10 minutes. Visit the Vogtei Tower or the Loßburg Magic Land. Afterwards, follow the Raftsman's Trail along the beautiful Kinzig Valley with its interesting stops along the way.
