The Alpirsbach fishing association is responsible for all questions regarding fishing in Alpirsbach. Fishing is permitted from April to September. During this period, day tickets are available for visiting anglers on the first and third Sundays of each month. Anglers who possess an annual fishing license from the Alpirsbach fishing association or are members are also permitted to fish on the Kleine Kinzig river. The large, leased stretch of three kilometers is ideal for anglers who want to catch fish, especially trout.

Or you can go fishing at the Birkenweiher pond during your vacation. It's stocked with fish species such as tench, roach, and rudd. You can also catch brown trout, rainbow trout, carp, and eels in the Birkenweiher. Zander are also found in this pond, but fishing for them is prohibited year-round.

Fishing tip from Detlef in the Central Black Forest

During his vacation, he took a trip to the Glaswaldsee near Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach. The lake is located in a nature reserve. He is a passionate angler there. The lake is one of the so-called "clear blue eyes" of the Black Forest. It was originally carved out as a cirque lake. The Glaswaldsee, which formed as a standing body of water, is fed by an underground spring. Anglers catch roach, pike, and perch there. The lake is also stocked with catfish, zander, eels, and rudd.

Fishing tip from Michael – Fly fishing on the Murg

During his vacation, he found his way to the Murg, the region's most famous whitewater river. Fly fishing enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy, especially around Baiersbronn. There are eight sections of the river to explore. The action begins in Zone 1 in Mitteltal, near the Züfle sawmill. The fish population in this area includes grayling and brown trout, and the river is regularly restocked.

During his vacation, he took a trip to Lake Huzenbach. It's a natural lake and also a glacial lake. This lake, known as a cirque lake, is located in the municipality of Baiersbronn. Yellow water lilies bloom on the lake. Fish in a body of water that was formed more than 25,000 years ago. The water level of this lake was regulated. Karlheinz recommends Seewald. There, in an idyllic setting, you'll find the Nagold pre-dam and the Nagold reservoir. They take their name from the Nagold River, which flows through the area.
