On 330 m 2 of spacious living space, the sun's rays greet you in the morning as you look out the window at the meadows, paddocks and fields and put a smile on your face. The extraordinary thing about the exclusive dream holiday home Landhaus Seewald is the unusually generous amount of space on a total of 4 floors and the large garden!
The Landhaus Seewald was extensively renovated and equipped with optimal insulation and wood pellet heating for the sake of our environment and home. With a lot of commitment and attention to detail, the old wooden beams and thus the half-timbering were exposed and restored. Numerous pieces of furniture have been restored and give the house its special ambience. The modern style elements allow old and new to come together and create the special atmosphere of the house. Together with the cozy furnishings and accessories, the wonderful feel-good atmosphere of the holiday home is created.
Another highlight of the country house is the large garden of 2000 m 2 with a children's playground with a sandpit, swing and play tower and old fruit trees and a beautiful birch tree as well as a large seating area of 25 m 2 . So the children can play in peace and you can leave everyday life behind you in the deck chair. There is a separate large barbecue area in the garden and invites you to get together in a cozy atmosphere in summer.
Or you can enjoy the fresh air after a sauna session in our large outdoor sauna, the “Sauna Kota”, which offers space for 8 people. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets in the house. The bathroom on the ground floor is an en suite bathroom, with a separate toilet and sink. Next to it there is a very large walk-in shower measuring 160x100 cm with a rain shower with back jets and waterfall. Another highlight is the whirlpool. Two further bathrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors of the country house: one with a sink, shower, toilet and one with a double sink, shower and bathtub. There are also 2 separate guest toilets on each floor.
You will appreciate the spacious open kitchen, dining and living area with flat screen TV, which is located on the 1st floor. From there you go directly to a large terrace with a relaxation area, which offers a beautiful view over the garden, the meadows and the Black Forest. Here you can relax comfortably in the lounge seating set. In the very well-equipped kitchen of the holiday home you will find an induction stove with oven, a fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Free WiFi internet is available throughout the house. You can make free calls to German landlines.
The large lounge area with projector and screen is on the second floor. There are 5 sofa beds and a total living space of 60 m 2 in the large room. In total, the country house can accommodate 16-20 people as well as additional small children.

In the middle of the northern Black Forest on a plateau at 700 m above sea level you will find the town of Seewald-Schernbach. Seewald is quietly yet conveniently located a few kilometers from the B 294, 18 km from Freudenstadt and 14 km from Altensteig. By the way, you can fishing in Altensteig. It's 20 km to Nagold and you can reach Pforzheim in an hour. Numerous opportunities for active holidays with hiking and cycling as well as swimming and bathing at the Nagoldtalsperre are available in the immediate vicinity. In 20 minutes on foot along field paths you can reach the ore mine for swimming. Alternatively, 3 minutes by car. Wonderful water fun right on your doorstep. Here you will find restaurants and shopping opportunities. In the neighboring district of Göttelfingen (2 km from Schernbach) you will find a restaurant, a grocery store as well as a baker and butcher. Numerous sights of the northern Black Forest can be found nearby. There are further shops in Besenfeld (5 km). The tourist information center is in the municipality of Besenfeld.
