On 330 m² ^of spacious living space, the morning sun greets you as you gaze out the window at the meadows, paddocks, and fields, bringing a smile to your face. The exceptional feature of the exclusive dream holiday home Landhaus Seewald is its unusually generous amount of space spread across four floors and a large garden!

The Landhaus Seewald has been extensively renovated and, for the sake of the environment and our local heritage, equipped with optimal insulation and a wood pellet heating system. With great dedication and attention to detail, the original wooden beams and timber framing were exposed and restored. Numerous pieces of furniture were also restored, lending the house its unique ambiance. Modern design elements seamlessly blend old and new, creating the house's distinctive atmosphere. Together with the comfortable furnishings and accessories, this results in a wonderful, welcoming holiday retreat.

Another highlight of the country house is the large 2000 m² garden ^with a children's playground including a sandbox, swings, and a play tower, as well as mature fruit trees, a beautiful birch tree, and a spacious 25 m² seating ^area . Here, the children can play peacefully while you relax in a deck chair and leave the everyday world behind. A separate, large barbecue area is also available in the garden, perfect for cozy gatherings in the summer.

Or you can enjoy the fresh air after a sauna session in our large outdoor sauna, the "Sauna Kota," which offers space for 8 people. The house has 3 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets. The ground floor bathroom is an en suite bathroom with a separate toilet and sink. Next to it is a very large walk-in shower (160 x 100 cm) with a rain shower head, back jets, and a waterfall feature. Another highlight is the whirlpool. Two further bathrooms are located on the first and second floors of the country house: one with a sink, shower, and toilet, and one with a double sink, shower, and bathtub. There are also two separate guest toilets on each floor.

You will appreciate the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a flat-screen TV, located on the first floor. From there, you have direct access to a large terrace with a relaxation area, offering beautiful views of the garden, meadows, and the Black Forest. Here you can relax comfortably in the lounge seating area. The holiday home's very well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob with oven, a fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Calls to German landlines are free of charge.

On the second floor is the large common area with a projector and screen. This spacious room contains five sofa beds and offers a total living area of ​​60 square meters ^. The country house can thus accommodate 16-20 people, as well as additional small children.
