Features of the dream holiday home Burghalde

The holiday home offers 170 m² of living space with a total of four bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living and dining area. The bedrooms offer the following sleeping options:

• A bedroom with a double bed,
• Two further bedrooms, each with a double bed and a pull-out bunk bed, can accommodate a total of 4 people in these two bedrooms.
• Another bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper chair. The small children's playroom upstairs has two mattresses that can also be used as makeshift beds.

Two travel cots are available for your toddlers. The total bed capacity is 15 adults and additional toddlers.

The two bathrooms in this dream holiday home each feature a shower and a small bathtub. A toilet in the upstairs bathroom and two guest toilets complete the sanitary facilities.

The view of the surrounding mountains is particularly beautiful from the large panoramic windows in the living room or from the spacious balcony. A small playground with a play tower, sandbox, and slide is provided for children. This way, you can keep an eye on your children while you sunbathe on the terrace or cool off after a sauna.

The living area features three sofas (two of which are sofa beds), a very large extendable table, and a modern red wood-burning stove as a focal point. A flat-screen TV and DVD player are, of course, standard amenities.

As you know from all our holiday homes, a well-equipped kitchen is very important to us: this naturally includes a dishwasher and a large ceramic hob with oven. Furthermore, there is a microwave, a DeLonghi fully automatic coffee machine, and much more. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located right next to the kitchen. Wi-Fi internet access is included in the rental price, as are free calls to German landlines.

If you'd like to listen to music, there's a radio with a CD player. Books are also available. Games for your children can be found upstairs in the small playroom, which is furnished with a beanbag chair, a children's play table, and mattresses.

Naturally, we provide appropriate baby equipment, from a travel cot to a high chair.

Important for dog lovers: The garden on the large 1200 m² property is completely fenced . This allows your four-legged friend to truly enjoy holiday with your dog

Directly in front of the living area is a lovely terrace where you can comfortably sit together and enjoy a barbecue. A garage and four parking spaces are available on the property. Additional parking options are available in the immediate vicinity.
