Equipment of the dream holiday home Burghalde

The holiday home offers a total of four bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living and dining area on 170 m2 of living space. The bedrooms have the following sleeping options:

• A bedroom with a double bed,
• two more, each with a double bed and a pull-out bunk bed, so that a total of 4 people can be accommodated in these two bedrooms.
• Another bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. In the small children's playroom on the upper floor there are 2 mattresses that can also be used as a makeshift bed.

Two travel cots are available for your small children. The total bed capacity is 15 adults and additional small children.

The two bathrooms in the dream holiday home each have a shower and a small bathtub. A toilet in the upper bathroom and 2 guest toilets complete the sanitary facilities.

The view of the surrounding mountains from the large panoramic window front in the living room or from the large balcony is particularly beautiful. For the children there is a small playground with a play tower and sandpit and slide. This means you can keep an eye on your children when you sunbathe on the terrace or cool down after a sauna session.

In the living area there are 3 sofas (including 2 sofa beds) and a very large extendable table and the modern red fireplace as an eye-catcher. Of course, a flat screen TV and DVD player are part of the standard equipment.

As you know from all of our holiday homes, it is important to us that the kitchen is very well equipped: of course this means a dishwasher and a large ceramic stove with oven. Furthermore, a microwave and a DeLonghi fully automatic coffee machine and much more. Right next to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The WLAN internet connection is included in the rental price, as are free calls to German landlines.

If you would like to listen to music there is a radio with a CD player. Books are also available. Games for your children can be found upstairs in the small playroom, which has a bean bag, children's play table and mattresses.

Of course, appropriate baby equipment is available, from a travel cot to a high chair.

Important for dog lovers: The garden on the large 1200 m2 property is completely fenced . This means your four-legged friend can really enjoy holiday with your dog

Directly in front of the living area is the beautiful terrace where you can sit together comfortably and have a barbecue. For parking there is a garage and four parking spaces on the property. There are additional parking options in the immediate vicinity.
