Each of the two elegant and large holiday homes offers an exclusive 160 m 2 of living space per holiday apartment. The 5 bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of 15 people. In addition to three normal double rooms, two rooms offer ideal sleeping options for family or friends with additional sleeping options on an open sleeping loft for 2-3 people each. For smaller children there are 2 travel cots and folding mattresses available. This means that a maximum of 18 people can sleep in total. There is a large couch in the living area.
We attached great importance to the selection of our electrical appliances in the kitchen. The modern stove with ceramic hob and oven with self-cleaning function makes it easier to prepare a wonderful meal for friends and family, and the dishwasher makes washing up child's play. The equipment also includes a fully automatic coffee machine from DeLonghi and a microwave. There are also enough cooking utensils, dishes and glasses for your stay in the holiday homes.
Enjoy the light that comes into the kitchen, dining and living areas through the large windows. With two steps you are from both the kitchen and the living area to the terrace with the large wooden deck with seating and a large charcoal grill for your barbecue. From there you can also see your children playing on the lawn. In the garden there is a play tower with a slide, a swing and a sandpit.
In the living area there is a luxurious corner sofa and Smart TV. Internet is available via a WLAN connection and you can use your telephone to make free calls to German landlines. In the open dining area with the beautiful holiday home fireplace you and your travel group have enough space at the extendable table.
Would you like to play music (music CDs available), a book or board games? Then help yourself to the books and games cupboard. If the weather doesn't cooperate, there is a small play den for the children with a TV, a small sofa and various games. If you wish, appropriate baby equipment is available, from a travel cot and potty to a high chair.
A washing machine and a dryer are available for each of the holiday homes.

luxury Black Forest holiday home , newly built in 2013, follows the traditional Black Forest house in its modern design, as it was found in the northern part of this holiday landscape in earlier times. The elongated, puristic holiday home without any eaves or frills houses two spacious luxury Black Forest holiday apartments .
The design and architecture of the luxurious holiday apartments takes up the building tradition of the Black Forest region. The ground floor was built as a solid, plastered structure. The attic, with its dark, horizontal formwork, is reminiscent of the traditional shingle screen from the Black Forest , which has become increasingly darker over the years due to the weather.
The dark, panel-shaped roof covering of the house takes on the characteristics of the landscape's typical architecture with the shingled roof. The concept was consistently continued when designing the interiors of the holiday homes. Dark floors and natural wood contrast with the simple, white plastered ceilings and walls. The living and dining area is on two levels. This allows the third dimension to be experienced and the view of the greenery from the house is also possible from the rear of the holiday apartments.
The spacious corner windows allow a view of the beautiful nature. Large wooden terraces extend the living space into the outdoor area.
