This private holiday home and chalet is located in the Black Forest and offers 100 m² of living space with a total of three bedrooms: a very large bedroom upstairs with a large double bed and two additional armchairs that can be converted into single beds, a double bedroom on the ground floor, and another bedroom with a sofa bed that can be separated from the living area by a sliding wall. The living room sofa is also a sofa bed. This provides accommodation for 6-8 people and additional children for private use. Two travel cots are available for the youngest children. The rooms are heated with modern stone heaters, and the living area features a beautiful fireplace with a crackling fire. Two large bathrooms offer ample space for larger families. A particular highlight is the large bedroom with exposed beams extending to the roof peak in the attic, featuring large windows with breathtaking views of the Black Forest. Baby equipment, from travel cots to highchairs, is available upon request.
The beautiful, modern eat-in kitchen is furnished to the standard of a well-equipped detached house. It features a ceramic hob with oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a very good selection of cookware and dishes. The washing machine and dryer are located on the garden level. Naturally, the living room also includes an LCD TV and Wi-Fi internet access, as well as a small selection of CDs and DVDs and games for children.
In the fenced garden (ideal for your dog), children will find a small playground with a climbing frame, sandbox, and slide, while adults will surely appreciate the spacious outdoor sauna. For relaxing barbecues during your holiday, you'll find a lovely 20m² terrace with a charcoal grill. The terrace is directly accessible from one of the ground-floor rooms.

You can reach the center of Loßburg or the district of Betzweiler in 5 minutes by car. The monastery town of Alpirsbach is 10 minutes away, and Freudenstadt, with Germany's largest market square, is 15 minutes away. The train takes you to Loßburg in 10 minutes. Visit the Vogtei Tower or the Loßburg Magic Land. Afterwards, follow the Raftsman's Trail along the beautiful Kinzig Valley with its interesting stops along the way.
