Historical and idyllic holiday home with wellness lounge with a sauna, shower and relaxation area as well as hot tub with dream view, 5 bedrooms for 10 people with fireplace and with a fantastic location and Black Forest view

The 2019/2020 completely restored farm is available to you. It is idyllically located on the edge of the forest on the edge of the Black Forest National Park in the Achertal, in the middle of meadows and without road traffic. Old bars were exposed with a lot of love, historical structures were preserved and modern elements were added. The holiday home has 5 cozy bedrooms, 4 TV devices with SAT and Netflix, large cooking and living area with tiled stove and a separate television room. Likewise, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a spacious wellness area. For the little guests there is a playground with a climbing house, sandpit and swing. There is a table footballer in the covered outdoor area. The chickens, rabbits, cats and sheep look forward to a visit. HOT TUB - wood -heated bathing zuber with a whirlpoy league function. We also have a new campfire.

The location

The historic farm has stood in an idyllic location, away from the streets and hustle and bustle, since 1810.
Surrounded by meadows and forests, it lies on the edge of the Black Forest National Park. From here you have a wonderful view over the climatic health resort of Ottenhöfen and the surrounding mountain landscape. Ottenhöfen can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There is a butcher's shop, two bakers and a village shop as well as a pharmacy. Various restaurants look forward to your visit. In summer, the natural adventure pool invites you to swim, run around and relax.

Directions: Coming from the A5 motorway: Exit no. 53 Achern, then turn left towards Schwarzwaldhochstraße and Ottenhöfen. After 15 kilometers you will reach Ottenhöfen. In Ottenhöfen follow the main thoroughfare (= Ruhesteinstraße). Drive through almost the entire town and, just before leaving the town, turn left onto Zieselberg Street. From there it goes uphill. Pass the Köningerhof and turn left at the fork. The access road is quite narrow and when there is oncoming traffic, you sometimes have to drive past each other at alternative places. But there is very little traffic on the road. Please park in the parking lot above the house. From there it is another 50 meters to the holiday home. This path is quite steep.

A great holiday home

We (10 people, including 4 children from 2-11 years) spent wonderful days in this holiday home. A stylishly renovated old farmhouse with beautiful, Z. very large rooms and a perfectly equipped kitchen has not been missing. Dishes, glasses, pots of plenty, even coffee beans for the fully automatic machine were available. There was a large refrigerator plus beverage refrigerator, a practiced outdoor seat and a huge sauna area with a great lounge (not used by us), for us the children's playground, where you could confidently let the children play alone, and where they had a lot of space to jump around and the goats and chickens were admired behind the fence.
And last but not least, the landlords were very friendly and helpful!
Everything was great all around!
