Bedrooms and bathrooms:

• Other sleeping areas in the sauna house: The sauna house features a large sunbathing area that doubles as a sofa bed, measuring 2.8 meters wide, and can accommodate up to four people. The sauna house also houses the fourth bathroom area, equipped with a steam shower, toilet, and sink. The rustic log sauna is designed for six to eight people.

• Bedrooms in the main house: One of the bedrooms in the house is a large room with a total of 3 double beds and a 2-person sofa bed. A sleeping loft, accessible via a ladder, offers space for 2 small double beds (each 1.40 m wide). The main room contains a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a sofa bed for 2 people – ideal for large families.

Common areas:

• New large common room: The approximately 60 m² room offers plenty of space for comfortable get-togethers. Equipped with a 65" internet TV and a large table, it can be used as a seminar room with ample space for everyone. Alternatively, it serves as a games room with table football and dartboard, or as a chill-out lounge with a stereo system. The room is also equipped with a large stainless steel sink, a large beverage refrigerator, a large sofa, and a wood-burning stove. The highlight, especially for large groups, is the commercial dishwasher, which washes and dries dishes in just a few minutes.

Minute security system:

For added security, we have installed the innovative Minut noise monitoring system. Data protection guidelines are strictly adhered to – no video or audio recordings are made. The system automatically and discreetly detects noise level exceedances through decibel measurement to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors.

In addition, the Minut security concept offers temperature measurement, cigarette smoke detection and burglary protection for your comfort and safety.
