The Reinerzau “Kleine Kinzig” holiday home offers you high-quality furnishings on 147m² so that you can feel comfortable and relax with your family.
There are 6 bedrooms spread over 3 floors, 5 of which have double beds and a bunk bed. In addition to a baby bed, there is also a children's toilet seat, a changing table, a high chair and children's games on site for your children. There is a blanket and a food and drinking bowl for your dog. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, a bathtub and a toilet. Another bathroom completes the offer.
There is also a separate toilet on the middle floor. You don't have to do without anything in the modern kitchen: a dishwasher, an induction stove with oven, a coffee machine for filter coffee and a toaster are just a few examples of the well-stocked furnishings. The adjoining living/dining area is open-plan and invites you to linger together with a large dining table and a comfortable sofa corner.
The existing fireplace also ensures a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. Internet, WiFi, TV and board games round off the offer for cozy hours in the house, while the balcony with adjoining terrace seduces you with a wonderful view and wonderful peace. A lawn, a charcoal grill and a fire pit leave nothing to be desired in the garden. The existing sandpit makes children's hearts beat faster. There are 2 carport parking spaces available.
Internet is via an LTE Speedbox.

The in-house sauna hut and hot tub perfectly round off the feeling of relaxation. The wonderful view from the balcony and terrace invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet and end the day with a cozy barbecue evening while your children enjoy the games in the garden.
And if, in addition to all the natural options around the house, such as hiking or cycling, you are also looking for cultural and culinary offerings, you can reach the towns of Alpirsbach, Freudenstadt, Loßburg and Schenkenzell within a short time by car.

The house (from July 1st, 2019) has a sauna hut, a hot tub and an outdoor shower, which together with the Black Forest panorama forms an indescribable combination. Pure relaxation for body and mind. A fireplace in the living/dining area creates a relaxed ambience.
Here you can put your feet up in the evening and toast to the wonderful day of your vacation with a glass of wine or a cool beer from the Alpirsbacher Brewery.
The Reinerzau “Kleine Kinzig” holiday home is idyllically located in the “Kleine Kinzig” valley between Schenkenzell and Freudenstadt and is only surrounded by a few neighbors.
The forest begins a few steps from the house, where you will find many hiking trails.
The water path is a newly created path to the Kleine Kinzig waterworks and the reservoir. There are 34 information boards along the route that provide you with lots of information about the precious commodity of water. An unforgettable panorama is revealed to you at the reservoir itself.
In just a few minutes' drive you can reach the town center of Alpirsbach, which, in addition to the monastery and the brewery, offers other cultural and culinary offerings and spoils you with restaurants and shopping opportunities.
Freudenstadt, Loßburg and Schenkenzell are also in the immediate vicinity and offer many tourist attractions.
