The holiday home Reinerzau “Kleine Kinzig” offers high-quality furnishings on 147m² so that you and your family can feel comfortable and relax.
Spread over three floors, the house offers six bedrooms, five with double beds and one with a bunk bed. A baby cot, a child's toilet seat, a changing table, a highchair, and children's games are provided for your children. A blanket and food and water bowls are available for your dog. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. A second bathroom completes the accommodation.
There is also a separate toilet on the middle floor. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, an induction hob with oven, a filter coffee machine, and a toaster are just a few examples of the well-appointed appliances. The adjoining open-plan living/dining area features a large dining table and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing together.
The existing wood-burning stove creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Internet access, Wi-Fi, TV, and board games complete the amenities for relaxing hours in the house, while the balcony and adjoining terrace offer a wonderful view and tranquility. A lawn, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit ensure that the garden leaves nothing to be desired. The sandbox is sure to delight children. Two carport parking spaces are also available.
Internet access is provided via an LTE Speedbox.

And should you, in addition to all the nature-based opportunities around the house, such as hiking or cycling, also be interested in cultural and culinary offerings, you can reach the towns of Alpirsbach, Freudenstadt, Loßburg and Schenkenzell by car within a short time.

The house (available from July 1st, 2019) features a sauna cabin, a hot tub, and an outdoor shower, which, combined with the Black Forest panorama, creates an indescribable experience. Pure relaxation for body and mind. A wood-burning stove in the living/dining area provides a cozy atmosphere.
Here you can put your feet up in the evening and toast to a wonderful day of vacation with a glass of wine or a cool beer from the Alpirsbacher brewery.
The holiday home Reinerzau “Kleine Kinzig” is idyllically situated in the valley of the “Kleine Kinzig” between Schenkenzell and Freudenstadt and is surrounded by only a few neighbors.
The forest begins just a few steps from the house, where you will find many hiking trails.
The Water Trail is a newly created path leading to the Kleine Kinzig waterworks and the reservoir. Thirty-four information panels along the route provide a wealth of information about the precious resource of water. At the reservoir itself, an unforgettable panorama unfolds before you.
The town centre of Alpirsbach, which offers a variety of cultural and culinary attractions in addition to the monastery and brewery, and spoils you with restaurants and shopping opportunities, can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
Freudenstadt, Loßburg and Schenkenzell are also in the immediate vicinity and offer many tourist attractions.

Just 3 km from Alpirsbach. On foot you can hike the raftsmen's trail, visit Schenkenburg Castle and the old rafting town of Schiltach. Or visit the Aquademie, a very special museum.
