The large, beautiful wooden kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, invites you to cook. You can prepare your coffee using a Bodum bar filter jug or a coffee machine. You will find a particularly nostalgic coffee experience with the porcelain coffee filter, which is brewed with hot water from the kettle.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. In the living room, 2 sofas and 2 armchairs invite you to relax.
You light the fireplace and lose yourself in the flames. You sit comfortably at the large dining table. The well-stocked bookshelf invites you to read. There are novels, children's books and much more.
There are 6 bedrooms in the house. 4 of which are double rooms with double beds. Furthermore, one bedroom has a bunk bed. Another 4-bed room completes the offer. A travel cot can also be set up in three rooms. 3 children's travel beds and two trip-trap high chairs are available. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and 2 sinks, the 2nd bathroom is equipped with a shower and 2 sinks. There is a separate toilet on the 1st floor. Another toilet on the ground floor.
A charcoal grill invites you to the grilling season. Delicious sausages and a fine steak from the local butcher are the highlight for noble connoisseurs. Larger quantities can easily be grilled on the grill. Enjoy the grilled dishes at the table on the terrace or in the garden.
There are 4 parking spaces available for cars directly in front of the house.

Dornstetten is 1250 years old. The historic market square invites you to drink coffee - or visit a museum. A city tour through the historic old town can be booked. In Hallwangen, a suburb of Dornstetten, is the well-known Barefoot Park. A special experience for young and old. The town center and all shopping opportunities such as bakers, butchers, shops and discounters can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes.
Freudenstadt with the largest market square in Germany is 8 kilometers away.
