Haus Bergzeit Alpirsbach is a modern holiday home for up to 20 guests plus small children, situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest in Alpirsbach. The newly built house combines clean architectural lines, high-quality materials, and a natural setting with easy access to the town center. Exposed roof beams, bright rooms, and spacious living areas create a harmonious atmosphere for spending time with family, friends, or colleagues.
The house has 10 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower and toilet, including one accessible bathroom in the basement. Four rooms are also equipped with TVs. A kitchen in the central living area and several kitchenettes provide excellent facilities for shared meals, flexible daily routines, and comfortable retreats within the house.
The unique layout offers several interconnected living areas, ideal for use as family spaces or private retreats within a group. This creates a pleasant balance between community and personal space – especially for multiple families, groups of friends , or generations traveling together. The house also provides suitable conditions for business travelers, for example, for workshops, team retreats, or strategy meetings in a tranquil setting.
Part of the living and sleeping areas are designed to be open and interconnected. This creates functional passageways that are particularly suitable for groups or families traveling together and allow for flexible use of the rooms.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, fully automatic coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer. Balconies and terraces with garden furniture and barbecue facilities extend the living space outdoors. The sauna and wellness area will be available from October 2026 , adding another place to relax. In addition to the sauna, the wellness area will include a rain shower, washbasins, foot baths, and a relaxation area.
Hiking trails begin right nearby, and the historic center of Alpirsbach, with its restaurants, shops, and train station, is about a 10-minute walk away. Haus Bergzeit Alpirsbach is ideal for larger families, groups of friends, small company gatherings, or simply a relaxing getaway in the Black Forest.

Haus Bergzeit Alpirsbach enjoys a peaceful location on the edge of the forest, yet is only about a 10-minute walk from the historic town center. This location perfectly combines nature, tranquility, and easy access. Hiking and walking trails leading through the typical forests and valleys of the Black Forest can be accessed directly from the house. At the same time, restaurants, cafés, shops, and the train station are all within easy walking distance.
The heart of Alpirsbach is the over 900-year-old Benedictine monastery with its impressive Romanesque church. Guided tours, cultural events, and concerts are regularly held around the monastery. The Alpirsbach monastery brewery, with its brewery museum and tastings, is also well-known. The historic old town, with its narrow streets, traditional inns, and regional cuisine, invites visitors to stroll and linger.
The surrounding area offers a wide variety of activities for nature lovers and active vacationers. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes start practically at the doorstep. The region is ideal for cycling, trail running, or long walks through forests and valleys. In winter, several cross-country ski trails and smaller ski resorts are available in the Black Forest. The Black Forest High Road, with its famous viewpoints, hiking trails, and panoramic routes, is also within easy reach.
