Haus Weitblick am Kirchberg enjoys a tranquil hillside location above Bad Peterstal-Griesbach, surrounded by meadows and forest with sweeping views of the Black Forest. Families, hikers, and larger groups will find a special retreat here, nestled in nature – with ample space for togetherness and just as many opportunities for privacy.
The spacious holiday home Weitblick am Kirchberg offers accommodation for up to 22 guests plus small children. A total of 11 bedrooms available, including two connecting rooms, as well as 5 bathrooms and a guest toilet . Several comfortable seating areas, communal dining areas, small retreats within the house, and multiple TV areas ensure that even larger groups can comfortably spread out.
Three balconies, the terrace, and the garden offer views of the Black Forest landscape. There's plenty of space for al fresco meals, barbecues, or simply relaxing outdoors. Books and toys are available for children inside; outside, a covered sandbox, a tree swing, small vehicles, and sand toys complete the offerings. The small play area and garden fencing are currently scheduled for completion by *May 2026*, while the outdoor toys will be available from the start.
The house is well-equipped for longer stays: 50 Mbps Wi-Fi, multiple TVs, a washing machine, a dryer, and an electric vehicle charging station are available. A sauna is planned for the house and is expected to be available from October 2026. Until then, the day spa at the nearby **Hotel Dollenberg* offers additional wellness time.
The last two kilometers or so lead up a small road to the house. Afterwards, you will be rewarded with peace, wide open spaces and nature – a place to breathe deeply, hike and spend time together.

The house features three spacious balconies, a terrace, and a fenced garden with a ping-pong table and play equipment (available from May 2026). Three bedrooms also have desks with views across the meadows. A washing machine, dryer, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron are available in the basement. If needed, a bed rail for a double bed, a crib, or four travel cots can be provided. Door gates are also available upon request. Four smart TVs are provided. A main living area with a large dining table seats up to 16 people and can be extended to 22 seats with an additional folding table. The three other living and relaxation areas are all equipped with toys and books for children, as well as a TV. There are a total of five bathrooms with showers and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet. Two of the bathrooms have natural light.
You can step directly into nature from the house. The Wiesensteig premium hiking trail , one of Bad Peterstal-Griesbach's excellent hiking trails, leads through mountain meadows, forests, and along the Wild Rench river. Bad Peterstal-Griesbach is considered a premium hiking destination in the Black Forest National Park region.
For day trips, the Black Forest National Park , the Alternative Wolf and Bear Park Black Forest * in Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach, and many other destinations in the region are ideal. Europa-Park Rust is also easily reachable by car in about an hour and is perfect for a day trip.
