A total of 13 rooms are located on the manor house's generous 230m2 of living space.
On the ground floor, life takes place in the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with an extremely spacious dining table with 14 seats.
Adjoining this area are 3 open seating niches / lounges with a total of 3 three-seater sofas, 2 two-seater sofas and 4 comfortable armchairs.
Please note that pets are allowed, however they may only stay on the ground floor and not on the first floor.
In the future (currently planned – a date cannot yet be given; please inquire about the current planning status when booking), a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, rain shower and loungers will also be available on 40 m².
The kitchen, with its typically high-quality equipment found in these dream holiday homes, leaves nothing to be desired. The large side-by-side refrigerator, the fully automatic coffee machine, and the induction cooktop are just a few examples. The manor house features four bathrooms (three with showers and one with a bathtub) and three separate toilets. In total, there are four toilets.
The property, which covers a total of 3500 m², features seating areas and terraces, and offers a wonderful view of the Black Forest. An animal enclosure and the forest adjoin this secluded location.

Here, families, extended families, or groups of friends can stay for up to 22 people – 18 adults and 4 children under 3 years old.
The manor house boasts a magnificent 450 m² of living space spread over four floors. It is divided into two sections, each with its own entrance: one on the first two floors and the other in the attic. Each section can be rented separately. For very large groups seeking accommodation in a truly unique setting, the entire manor house at Hofgut Bärenschlössle can be rented.

The manor house on the Bärenschlössle estate is idyllically situated in the Christophstal valley near Freudenstadt. This valley is one of the most beautiful in the northern Black Forest. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while still being just a 15-minute walk from Freudenstadt's market square – incidentally, the largest enclosed market square in Germany.
The Christophstal valley has undergone extensive improvements in recent years and now offers numerous opportunities for recreation, exercise, and family activities. Along the approximately seven-kilometer-long valley trail between Freudenstadt and Baiersbronn, nature, walking paths, interactive stations, and attractive rest areas combine to create a special destination for visitors of all ages.
From the estate, you can set off directly on walks, hikes, and bike tours through the diverse Black Forest landscape. Many leisure activities are located nearby, so you can often leave your car parked during your stay.
A particular highlight is the red deer enclosure directly behind the estate. Here, deer and roe deer can be observed up close – a wonderful experience for families and nature lovers.
Christophstal offers numerous opportunities for children and families. Several play and recreation areas are just a few minutes' walk away.
The area around the former ski jump is particularly popular, with its large stainless steel slides leading directly into an adventure and forest playground. Here, children can play, explore, and experience nature.
Numerous hiking and cycling trails begin right at your doorstep. The region around Freudenstadt and Baiersbronn is one of the most popular hiking areas in the Black Forest and offers diverse tours, impressive views, and cozy places to stop for refreshments in traditional inns and mountain huts.
