May we briefly introduce ourselves?

We provide full-service management for holiday homes in the Black Forest. We are currently continuously developing our internal structures, house standards, and processes. For this, we are looking for someone who will work directly with Heiko and Sandra, take on responsibility, and enjoys organizing both at the office and on-site.

Who are you?

More important to us than a specific job title is how you work and think.

You should:

  • Ideally, you should have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • work in a structured, reliable and independent manner,
  • Enjoyment of order, organization and clear processes,
  • Not only identify problems, but develop and implement solutions,
  • gladly take on responsibility
  • Use Word and Excel confidently,
  • be open to new software, digital processes and AI applications,
  • have very good German skills and good English skills
  • be able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with guests, employees and service providers,
  • I enjoy both office work and practical work on site.

Professional experience in organization, assistance, administration, tourism, hospitality, holiday home management or a comparable field is an advantage.

A Class B driver's license and a personal vehicle are required. Business trips and commutes are reimbursed at a mileage rate.

And one more thing is important to us: We are a small, pragmatic team. If, in exceptional cases, support is truly needed, we all pitch in – regardless of whether the task is exactly in our own job description.

Your tasks

A key focus of the first few months is the further development of our organizational standards in the holiday homes.

You will help us to

  • to systematically organize our holiday homes, equipment and storage,
  • To create fixed storage locations, inventories and clear standards,
  • Keeping house and process documentation up to date,
  • To further develop checklists and workflows,
  • To identify improvements and then implement them in practice
  • To prepare and conduct training and instruction for our cleaning, service and janitorial team.

Our goal is not to produce as many lists as possible. What we define should actually work in daily operations.

As your training progresses, you will also take on responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the holiday home. This includes, for example:

  • organizational representation in day-to-day business,
  • Coordination in case of short-term problems,
  • Coordination with employees and service providers,
  • Guest communication via telephone and email,
  • Working with our digital and AI-powered systems,
  • independent decisions within your area of ​​responsibility.

In addition, you will support us with general commercial and administrative tasks, for example with Word and Excel, with preparatory accounting or recurring tasks of personnel administration.

Working hours and place of work

The position is intended to be part-time . We will agree on the specific number of hours together. Currently, we anticipate approximately 80–100 hours per month.

We agree on working hours flexibly.

Your main focus will be on Alpirsbach and our holiday homes in the surrounding area. Especially during your initial training, you will be regularly on-site. Later, suitable administrative tasks can also be partially completed from your home office.

After appropriate training, occasional participation in substitute work outside of normal office hours is also part of the job.
