We are delighted to welcome you to the idyllic country house Seewald! To ensure your stay here is unforgettable and relaxing, we would like to familiarize you with our house rules.

**Welcome to Landhaus Seewald!**

We warmly welcome you and look forward to providing you with an unforgettable time in our cozy country house.

**Quiet Hours:** Nighttime quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

During these times, it is particularly important to us to avoid noise and to be considerate of our neighbors so that all guests can feel comfortable.

**House rules at a glance:**

• We kindly request that you refrain from holding parties or events at the country house. Instead, we invite you to enjoy cozy evenings with your loved ones.
• Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum in order to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the holiday home and to allow everyone, including our neighbors, a restful night's sleep.
• Please keep noise levels down to a minimum throughout the house after 10:00 PM so that peace and quiet can be maintained outside as well.
• Smoking is not permitted in the house so that the air remains fresh and pleasant and non-smokers also feel comfortable.
• Setting off fireworks is not permitted in order to ensure the safety of all guests and animals in the neighborhood and to avoid potential fire hazards.
• We warmly welcome families, friends, and couples and look forward to hosting you at our country house. Please understand that groups of "partygoers" (stag/hen parties, drinking parties, loud parties with shouting) as well as young people, students, and sports teams are not permitted here.
• Please pay attention to waste separation in order to protect the environment and do our part for a clean nature.

**Minute Security System:**

For added security, we have installed the innovative Minut security system. Please rest assured that your privacy is protected – the system only records noise levels and not personal conversations. If the noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will be discreetly notified by phone so that we can work together to restore a quiet atmosphere. In addition, the Minut security concept offers temperature monitoring, cigarette smoke detection, and burglar protection for your comfort and safety.
