The following data must be entered:

• Family name and all first names
• Address
• Date of birth
• Nationality / country
• Passport serial number (valid and recognized) or passport replacement document for foreign persons /passport number for all foreign guests.

If a family living in one household is traveling with several members, only the complete household data needs to be entered. For other family members in the household, first and last name are sufficient.

If a family lives in one household only for one person of this household with same address has to be filled in all information. For the other family members name, firstname is sufficient.

The main tenant must also provide the following information: telephone number where he can be reached on site and email address.
