There are a total of 13 rooms in the manor house's generous 230m2 of living space.
On the ground floor, life takes place in the open living, dining and kitchen area with an extremely spacious dining table with 14 seats.
Adjacent to this area are 3 open seating niches/lounges with a total of 3 three-seater sofas, 2 two-seater sofas and 4 comfortable armchairs.
Please also note that pets are allowed, but they are only allowed to stay on the ground floor and not on the 1st floor.
In the future (in planning - unfortunately a date cannot be given. Please ask about the current planning status when booking) there will also be a 40 m2 wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, rain shower and loungers.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with the good equipment you would expect from dream holiday homes. The large side by side refrigerator, the fully automatic coffee machine and the induction cooker are only mentioned here. There are 4 bathrooms (3 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub) and 3 separate toilets in the manor house. A total of 4 toilets are included.
On the property, which is a total of 3500 m2, there are seats and terraces and a wonderful view of the Black Forest. An animal enclosure and the forest adjoin the secluded location.

The manor house in Hofgut Bärenschlössle has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and spruced up for you, dear holiday guests. You can stay here as a family, extended family or group of friends with up to 22 people - 18 adults and 4 small children < 3 years old.
The manor house has a total living space of a grandiose 450 m2 and has a total of 4 floors. It is divided into 2 house areas, each with its own entrance: one house area on the first two floors and the other in the roof of the estate. Each area has its own entrance. Each area of the house can be rented separately. For very large groups who want to experience accommodation in a unique ambience, the entire manor house at Hofgut Bärenschlössle can be rented.

The manor house at Hofgut Bärenschlössle is located in a quiet side valley. The Christophstal and is in a secluded location. There is a manor house on the property and a great event location in the barn opposite, ideal for your wedding or another great event, for example a company meeting. You can reach the center of Freudenstadt in just a few minutes on foot. And in just a few minutes' drive you can reach the Kniebis and the Schwarzwaldhochstrasse with all its possibilities for your winter sports and skiing fun. In just a few steps you can reach the Mountain Bike Bundesliga track .
Fine dining celebrations take place in the event barn on our historic farm. The courtyard area serves as a reception area for the company. The dinners and the supporting program are held in the Bear Hall on the upper floor. The celebration after the feast will be held in the lounge on the ground floor. On the ground floor we have increased sound insulation to prevent our neighbors from being disturbed. The outdoor area will be remodeled during dinner, freeing up the courtyard space again. The outdoor area for guests is then located directly in front of the silo hall. As a holiday guest directly opposite the stable, you will be slightly affected for a short time. However, the massive walls of the Bärenschlössle protect you from excessive noise.
The star village has 8 (!) Michelin stars and offers top German gastronomy. Baiersbronn's hiking heaven and numerous events make Germany's largest village a popular destination.
