There are two residential units in the farmhouse, one of which is occasionally occupied by the owner. There is a holiday home opposite. The ensemble is close to nature in a secluded location.

Just 30 minutes from Freiburg, on a picturesque hill in the idyllic Two Valleys region in Simonswald, your personal holiday paradise awaits you. Numerous hiking trails and challenging mountain bike routes take you into untouched nature around the historic Schwarzwaldhof. Here, moss-covered stones, lush greenery and untouched forests invite you to relax and enjoy. Only 1.5 km away, the majestic Zweribach waterfalls plunge into the depths.
Surrounded by one of the oldest protected forests in Germany, there are steep paths that take you deep into the jungle on the Zweribach. Here you can experience pure nature: flower meadows with buzzing bees, sunbathing lizards on moss-covered stones and shimmering trout in the clear streams. Discover forest mushrooms and explore the almost 800 km of well-signposted hiking trails in the well-known Elz and Simonswäldertal, also known as the Two Valleys Country. This region offers unique landscapes with valleys, plateaus and altitude differences of up to 1000 meters.
