The Hofgut Bärenschlössle manor house is the landmark of Freudenstadt, a uniquely located fiefdom built in 1627 in a wonderful secluded location on the edge of the forest with a game reserve on Finkenberg in Christophstal with a panoramic view of Freudenstadt.
It was one of the few buildings that survived the major city fires of 1632 and 1945. Lovingly completely renovated and renovated in 1967 and 2017, modern and furnished to a high standard, ideally located on the edge of the forest, so that you don't miss anything and you can spend an unforgettable holiday.
The impressive 450 m2 of living space is divided into 2 house units in the same building and has 220 sqm and 230 sqm of living space. Both with separate entrances on different levels and sides of the mansion and their own outdoor area.
In the manor house at Hofgut Bärenschlössle 2 with its 220 square meters of living space, the self-supporting wooden structure exudes a lot of warmth and the spacious rooms invite you to spend time together and have a good time. The surrounding meadows and the small lake also complete the idyllic panorama.
The large, spacious living room with open kitchen and dining room offers lots of daylight and comfort and the exposed beams, the tiled stove (not heatable) and the thick walls are special features.
On the first floor there are also two bedrooms (one with a four-poster bed) and two bathrooms (with underfloor heating). The spacious spiral staircase leads to the second floor with its very spacious 3 bedrooms, a living room, laundry room, and large bathroom with toilet (and underfloor heating).
There is a terrace with a barbecue.

There is a game reserve right next to the bear castle, and the unique mountain bike Bundesliga route (Pump it & Jump it/Rock Garden routes, German Championship XCO, etc.) is directly accessible in 300 meters.

Fine dining celebrations take place in the event barn on our historic farm. The courtyard area serves as a reception area for the company. The dinners and the supporting program are held in the Bear Hall on the upper floor. The celebration after the feast will be held in the lounge on the ground floor. On the ground floor we have increased sound insulation to prevent our neighbors from being disturbed. The outdoor area will be remodeled during dinner, freeing up the courtyard space again. The outdoor area for guests is then located directly in front of the silo hall. As a holiday guest directly opposite the stable, you will be slightly affected for a short time. However, the massive walls of the Bärenschlössle protect you from excessive noise.
