In the middle of the central Black Forest, in an absolutely secluded location with a fantastic view of the Black Forest, lies a very special holiday home: a wooden shingle house in traditional courtyard construction. Lovingly & historically furnished with the most modern comfort.
Large farmhouse with 270 m² of living space, plus a hobby room, terraces, and more, accommodating 15 adults and small children.
holiday home , situated on a 2,000 m² plot offers:
The house has a central and eco-friendly (district heating) wood-fired heating system. But of course, there's also a proper, historic tiled stove and plenty of firewood for cozy (local) warmth. (Anyone who wants to can chop their own wood, albeit at their own risk :-).
Anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the historical Black Forest building and lifestyle can find it in the nearby Black Forest Open Air Museum Vogtsbauernhöfe, which was and is a historical model for the Black Forest farmhouse.
Are you flexible with your schedule? Then enjoy the sauna and whirlpool in our special holiday homes at an absolutely special price.
Of the bathrooms, one on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. The entire ground floor (raised ground floor!) is accessible with a walker or wheelchair (not strictly according to regulations, but it works in practice). The living room features a large, extendable table with a recessed TV and a tiled stove. There is an outdoor sauna in a shepherd's wagon, heated by a wood-burning stove, a sunbathing lawn, a small sauna/swimming pond for cooling off, a natural rain shower, and a natural water playground for children. A hobby room includes a ping-pong table. The house is heated by a central, eco-friendly wood-fired heating system. A historic tiled stove provides cozy evenings in the living room.

Our daughter Lusia especially loves going here. That's because there's a summer toboggan run where she can whiz down at 46 km/h, and at 8 years old, she's allowed to ride alone. The Vogtsbauernhöfe open-air museum is right next door.
