There are a total of 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms in a generous 160 m2 of living space in the wooden house.
A total of 4 bedrooms plus a sofa bed on the open gallery are available.The Oberbrändi wooden house has electric central heating and is equipped with underfloor heating.
In the basement there is a large second "living area" equipped with a sofa bed and a double bed. There is space for up to 4 people here.
There is also a kitchenette and seating for 4 people. From here you can step out onto the terrace.
On the main floor with an open gallery to the upper floor there is the kitchen, a bathroom and an extra toilet and the beautiful living-dining room with dining table and additional table as well as a bedroom. Via a balcony door you can reach the spacious wooden terrace with beautiful seating with a view of the Black Forest.
On the upper floor there is a sofa bed on the open gallery and 2 bedrooms, each with double beds. There is also a loft bed in each bedroom that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. Another bathroom is at your disposal.
Dogs and pets are welcome in this holiday home.
In the garden you will find a great outdoor sauna.

The Oberbrändi wooden house is located on the local council of the municipality of the same name. It is surrounded by forest and meadows, with a wonderful view of the picturesque landscape and the Black Forest.
A few minutes' drive away you will find shops and restaurants in Lossburg. In just 20 minutes you can be in Freudenstadt or Alpirsbach and in 30 minutes in Sulz or Oberndorf, with a connection to the A81 motorway.
