Detailed directions to Krähenbadquelle Alpirsbach

We start our hike at the tourist information office in the center of Alpirsbach. A signpost points us in the direction of the "train station".

From the signpost, we follow the road, past the glassworks, and continue along the railway tracks to the next signpost.

We follow the path past the DRK Alpirsbach until we reach the signpost for "Sportplatz" (sports field).

From there, walk approximately 500 meters along the road until the path forks at a parking area. Alpirsbach's sports field is located on the right, elevated above the road. However, we keep left and enter a path that is sometimes difficult to follow but easily walkable. This path leads us along a stream, past the Schweizer-Haus (Swiss House), directly to the Krähenbad spring.

The spring water is freely accessible to everyone. So let yourself be guided by the Swabian mentality (Swabians are said to be very thrifty, even stingy) and take advantage of the free healing water from the Black Forest .

If you don't find anyone there filling up on fresh water, you're in luck. Enjoy the peace and quiet and let the gentle sound of the water carry you away.

Our tip: Bring along some empty containers. That way you can enjoy our water for a little longer.
