Wonderful days spent in November.
Beautiful and very good facilities in the house, great views, everything is great. We only had one wish: more outside lighting on the way to and around the sauna hut. The way there was a bit adventurous in the dark…

The house has three floors and is very well-equipped. We all enjoyed it very much. It's located in a very quiet area with few neighboring houses, but that's exactly what we were looking for. You do have to plan your shopping carefully. The nearest supermarket or bakery is about a 15-minute drive away .

Nature lovers will get their money's worth at the Reinerzau Kleine Kinzig holiday home.

The house is very tidy and well-maintained.
The only drawback is the disconnected outdoor area, as the house is built on a slope.

We had a great short vacation with our circle of friends of 5 nights. Most of the time we were hiking in the area, which offers really nice and quiet paths. Of course, a visit to the Alpirsbach monastery and the brewery could not be missing.
Since we were not only couples, we had all the room on 2 days on the occasion of the straggler .
We didn't use the sauna and Hottube, we just had perfect hiking weather.
You can also walk along the little Kinzig from the front door.
The parking lot for other vehicles next to the two at the house is a stone's throw away.
The house was clean and well equipped. Also very comfortably furnished, even dog bitches were present and everything was perfectly prepared. We felt comfortable all around and slept incredibly well.
For 9 people, only the toilet / bad situation was narrow, our only wish to improve would be a toilet on the ground floor.
I would have pulled half a star off here, but an entire point would be very unfair, because you can see everything in the description beforehand. It would only be the little bit to perfection its class.

A relatively modern house that is very suitable for a group or family of up to 12 people. If you are looking for a typical Black Forest house, you have come to the wrong place. Just a small piece of land. Since we were there in November, it didn't matter. Very beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door. Relatively long distances to supermarkets etc.

The house was so beautifully decorated. Everything you need as a family was there, even with a dog it wasn't a problem. The house is beautifully situated. You can start hiking directly on site and don't need a car. On the balcony you have a great view of meadows and forests. We would vacation there again at any time. The administration was friendly and always responded quickly.

We had a great time, nothing was missing.
However, the distance to Alpirsbach on foot is over 2 hours.

We traveled with a group aged 8 - 76 (3 generations) and had a wonderful time in this holiday home. We particularly liked the amount of space in the living/dining room with a large table, the peace and quiet and the wonderful sun terrace with a great view.

We travel every year as a family (three siblings, some with partners and children and father-in-law, a total of 9 people). This year we chose the Black Forest and the Johann Kleine Kinzig holiday home - a good choice! The house is comfortably furnished with everything you need for your vacation, has plenty of space, is clean and bright. We felt comfortable.
The only drawback: There could be a third toilet on the ground floor, two are a bit small for 9 people.
And the dishwasher washes a little weakly in the lower compartment - please pre-wash and leave plenty of space between plates and it will work. Making calls only works via WLAN. Special plus: Large living room for sitting and playing and with a cozy fireplace, the sauna, well-equipped kitchen with an extra fridge-freezer on the ground floor, five large bedrooms plus a children's bedroom.
Overall, thank you for the opportunity to have a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Well-equipped house with enough space for 6 adults, a child and a dog 😀.
The weather cooperated and we were even able to use the outdoor lounge. HotTub very good, but a thermometer should be available. Sauna was not used. Kitchen equipment is very good, a few sharp kitchen knives would be helpful.
WiFi is okay, you have to use it too, as there is very limited cell phone reception!
All in all recommended!

Great holiday home with good facilities.
Unfortunately, we were only able to bring the holiday home to a comfortable temperature by heating it with the soapstone stove. The sauna in the garden was great, but getting there was a bit unsafe. The WiFi in the house was good, but the connection to the Internet was only possible sporadically. I don't think a €5 usage fee for the washing machine and dryer is appropriate at this price level.

Nice living/dining area. Kitchen is well equipped (just not enough teaspoons) Hot tube is great and fun!
It's nice that there is a sauna, but we didn't use it. Nice lounge corner (although we couldn't use it for weather reasons). There is no network reception there and unfortunately the WiFi hardly worked.

We had a very nice stay. The house is very well equipped and cozy.

We felt very comfortable with our extended family over the Christmas holidays. Even though every day was rainy, every day was an experience as there are many things to explore in the area. Small problems were resolved very quickly via WhatsApp. We would love to come back here the next time we go on vacation.

Great house, very clean.
Unfortunately, the path to the outside sauna is not lit, nor is it to the barrel. You should change that because it gets dark early, especially when it's cold.

Condition wasn't perfect: hotpot was defective, garden grew very naturally. Facilities simple but useful. But the location is awesome: so quiet that the phone reception wasn't even good. The LTE router provided at least provided basic internet and there were enough WiFi repeaters in the house to provide good WiFi. right in front of the door , always with a view of the countryside and very, very quiet.
That was really great!! All in all, we had very nice days and can highly recommend the accommodation as a starting point for hiking, cycling and pure relaxation in nature!

Where should I start? With a delicious morning coffee on the upper terrace, where we can listen to the stream, watch the game in the meadow opposite or wait for the sun to climb over the top of the hill? Or taking an afternoon nap under the fragrant peach tree on the cozy garden sofa (the fountain babbling happily in the background) ... while my husband is preparing something good to eat?
Kitchen perfectly equipped :o) Or do I report on the cozy dinner while the sun sends its last rays into the living room?
When we arrived, a lovingly prepared house awaited us, right down to the firewood and bouquets of flowers on the table.
Beautiful hiking trails all around and a full bath in the evening. Well, we didn't use the fireplace or sauna, but at 30 degrees we sweated on our own :o) This time we were alone, but we'll be back! The house is ideal for meeting up with the family, chatting and hiking

The 6th holiday home that we already have from you.
Everything is fine as always. Had a great time, good organization, nice contact. The hot pot is particularly great. Equipment in the house is significantly worse than in the other houses. No hairdryer, no freezer compartment, no children's cutlery, relatively small garden...

The house is very clean and comfortable. The location - 100% recommendation: peace and security. Sauna - very good and easy to use. Music system in the house - very well thought out. Fireplace - TOP. Grill - also very convenient. We were a large family with 6 children aged 1 to 17 - everyone was extremely satisfied with the rooms, facilities and surroundings . Contact with the administration - very nice. Just a small recommendation: entrances to the sauna, grill and hot tub should be better designed and illuminated, the sensors react a little late, the paths are damp and slippery. Otherwise absolute recommendation! Thank you for our lovely vacation! We would like to be your guests again.

We spent a long weekend as a large family in the “Kleiner Kinzig” house.
The days were better than at home: lots of space, beautiful surroundings and, despite the rain, a cozy birthday barbecue. Our 6 children aged 1 to 17 were very busy every day. Pure relaxation in the sauna, which is simply great. Hot tub was also a pleasure on the cool days.
To improve: the entrances are dark and slippery in the evenings, the motion sensors react a little late, which is why you have to be very careful when walking out of the sauna and into the hot tub. Hiking opportunities - simply great, for every age and every mood.
The location is very quiet and the views are enchanting from all sides. The furnishings of the house are of a high standard.
Good music announcements are particularly appropriate. Fireplace - simply great! We brought wood with us, but you could also order it in advance (don't forget for the hot tub). We also brought the food with us. Cooking in the kitchen was easy. In general the house is VERY clean and comfortable.
You really feel at home, but also on the most wonderful holiday. Thanks to everyone who took care of our wonderful days in the Black Forest

Clean, well-equipped holiday home.
The description of the garden was a bit misleading as it cannot be used due to the hillside location. The booking was complicated because several emails always arrived, which at first glance seemed to have different contents when you read them more closely.
All in all it was a nice, relaxing stay.

We really liked the house. Except for a few things, nothing was missing. Sauna and hot pot are quite new and easy to use. A variety of hiking trails also start nearby. Overall a very nice stay.

The house is very well equipped with the essentials.
There are enough dishes and cooking pots for 10 people, but no casserole dish, garlic press or even something fancy like a salad spinner. But there is a deep fryer and a lot of empty cupboards. There is also more than enough storage space in the other rooms. The mattresses are very good for guests who like to lie on a bit harder, but the beds can sometimes squeak quite loudly.
There are no shopping opportunities in the surrounding area.
Even by bike it is only possible for sporty people. Getting bread rolls quickly in the morning is only possible if you have at least half an hour in the car. But it is also wonderfully quiet. The cell phones don't even ring. There is simply no reception. (Wi-Fi works, though.) Sauna and hot tub are available, but the hot tub is a bit awkwardly located right on the street and in close proximity to the neighbor.
In addition, you apparently have to book the wood in advance. At least we didn't find any wood with which we could heat the water. We really liked it, despite some small disadvantages. Not least because you can go on wonderful, endlessly long hikes in the forest there.

We were there with 7 people and a small child, and three more people could easily have fit in with us. We chose the accommodation because of the many individual rooms and the large dining table, which was really worth it. The house is beautiful, we took leisurely walks along the stream and short excursions from there , and the hot tub and sauna were a particularly nice extra for the evenings. The only drawback for us were the mattresses, which were sometimes not very comfortable, and the kitchen could have been a little better equipped. But in itself a modern house and well suited for a long weekend!

We spent a wonderful, relaxing weekend in this great house.
Everything went great, everyone was happy.
The only drawback was that there is only one bathroom. This requires a lot of flexibility with 9 people. But we mastered that too.

We really liked the holiday home.
However, one bathroom is not enough for 11 people. That's why one star less in the rating. A third toilet wouldn't be bad considering the size of the house. In addition, it is always very helpful for the guests
