We felt right at home. The accommodation is beautifully designed with great attention to detail, ideal for a larger group holiday. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the sun terrace is gorgeous, and the location is surrounded by nature – peaceful, idyllic, and relaxing. The sauna in the garden is a real highlight. We wholeheartedly recommend this house

Our family of 12, including 3 dogs, got along very well there. Our host, Mr. Schrempp, was very kind and accommodating – we all felt very comfortable. However, you should be able to walk reasonably well, or without assistance, as the door thresholds are somewhat raised and you have to step over them. Fortunately, this wasn't a problem for our group.

A beautiful, lovingly furnished property where nothing is lacking. Very close (within walking distance) to many hiking trails. A 10-minute drive from the lovely town of Freudenstadt. Highly recommended, would gladly stay again!

We had a wonderful five-night short break with our group of friends. We spent most of our time hiking in the surrounding area, which offers truly beautiful and peaceful trails. Of course, a visit to Alpirsbach Monastery and the brewery was also a must.
Since we weren't all couples, we had to fill all the rooms on two days to accommodate latecomers.
We didn't use the sauna or hot tub; we simply had perfect hiking weather.
You can also enjoy a lovely walk along the Kinzig River right from the front door.
The parking area for additional vehicles next to the two cars is just a stone's throw away
. The house was clean and very well-equipped. It was also very comfortably furnished; even dog bowls were provided, and everything was perfectly arranged. We felt completely at ease and slept incredibly well. The
only slight drawback was the limited space in the bathroom/toilet area for nine people; our only suggestion for improvement would be an additional toilet on the ground floor.
I would have deducted half a star for this, but a full star would be unfair, as everything is clearly described in the description. It would only be the tiniest detail that would make it perfect.

We were warmly welcomed by the landlord.
He even helped us buy drinks since we were traveling by train.
We really enjoyed the Vogtshaus.
