This is a great place to relax. A fantastic location – free from light pollution, with excellent food, great beer, and top-notch accommodation. Great facilities and well-maintained!

We had three wonderful days in this perfectly renovated and equipped farmhouse. It lacked absolutely nothing. Highly recommended!
However, you need to be in good physical condition, as the descent to the house is very steep.

Ideal for 10 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, etc. Unfortunately, there are no shops nearby, making it impractical without a car.

The three of us, along with our two dogs, stayed in Salzenweiler for almost a week and felt very comfortable… we quickly abandoned our plan to eat out, as the cozy kitchen-living room is perfect for cooking…
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking with the dogs, and we will definitely come back again!

Our family (three generations) spent the weekend in the holiday home and we were all thrilled. There was something for everyone, young and old. The sauna was perfect for relaxing, while the playground and table football were great for running around and playing. The whole place was surrounded by a wonderful atmosphere, attention to detail, and a magnificent view. There was so much to discover and experience that we would have loved to stay much longer!

Even from the outside, you can tell that this quaint little house has seen better days, but that doesn't detract from its character at all.
Quite the opposite – as soon as you unlock the heavy old front door, you're eager to see what's inside. And you won't be disappointed.
Beautifully furnished double or multi-bed rooms, all decorated with plenty of charm. Stepping into the wonderful country-style kitchen – a word of caution for taller guests 😉 – cooks will feel right at home. The old wood-burning stove has been preserved, and the kitchen is equipped with antique cabinets and shelves. It has everything you could possibly need – from a microwave and a regular coffee maker or a fully automatic coffee machine to plenty of dishes and glasses for a group. The large living room with its beautiful tiled stove and bench seating is perfect for cozy evenings with friends and family.
All eight of us were truly delighted with this charming gem and can highly recommend a stay at the Vogtshof 😉
