The apartment is small (just right for us, two adults and a toddler). The half-timbered house is in lovely condition, a nice overall design. The mattress is rather firm, not to our liking, and the metal bed is a bit squeaky.

We went to the sauna every day; it was a shame it only opened at 2 pm and was closed on Mondays. Getting a sauna time slot was a matter of luck, depending on how many people from the four "apartments" wanted to use it. The small stove heats up nicely, and a little bit of water poured on the hot stones is possible. The sauna itself is small, but the relaxation room is well-equipped with a shower, toilet, and three lounge chairs.

Everything was perfect. The ambiance is truly special – in some ways so over the top that it's almost iconic. The kitchen is superbly equipped. Everything was spotless. Comfortable beds. Modern bathrooms. Very relaxed check-in and check-out process. A great place for children – the wildlife park is right next door. Quiet location. Little ones can run around outside without worrying about traffic. Ideal for a weekend getaway with the whole family.

A wonderful experience in an extraordinary place. We were three generations in a house that could tell an endless story. It was a special experience for everyone. Perfect for people who love something a little different.

We had a wonderful long autumn weekend at the lovingly renovated Vogtshof in Bühlingen. Mr. Schrempp renovated the beautiful farmhouse with great attention to detail; the layout was perfect for nine people, and there would even have been room for more. The surrounding area also showed itself in its best light during the sunny days.

We had a good time. Everything you need is there.
