The house isn't ideal. We stayed at Haus Fronwald in Alpirsbach last year and absolutely loved it. Of course, it's not comparable. We wouldn't go back to Salzenweiler, though. We didn't like the house that much. The fireplace and sauna were great, and so was the scenery.

Beautiful winter hiking holiday

A wonderful house. It charmingly transports you back in time without sacrificing any modern comforts. We've never stayed in such a superbly equipped holiday home, and we all felt completely at ease from the very first moment.
A house perfectly suited for a family holiday.

We enjoyed our stay in Ferienhaus Feldberg very much. It was a lovely house with a nice terrace and garden not far from the Feldberg where our children and grandchild could ski. The house had enough rooms and bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the sauna but it was a pity that the jacuzzi didn't work. Not far from the house was a supermarket and a bakery. We also liked the bus system to the Feldberg although we didn't use it as two of our grandchildren were too small. It was a lovely holiday!

The house is large with plenty of rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and enough bathrooms. We envoyed the sauna!
The location of the house is perfect: not far from the bakery and the supermarket. Taking the bus to the Feldberg is a good system but we didn't use it as our grandchildren are too small!
Overall this was a very nice experience.
