The apartment leaves nothing to be desired; even our kids were thrilled.
Everything looks just like the pictures, the furnishings are fantastic, and there was even oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, tea, coffee, filters, spices, etc., plus towels, sauna towels, bathrobes, firewood for the fireplace, and so on. This saves a lot of luggage and really gets you in the holiday mood, even while packing.
Absolutely perfect!
We highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back ourselves.

The holiday home offers a beautiful view from the windows of the spacious living and dining area, overlooking the garden and the Alpirsbach valley. We particularly enjoyed the large garden, the three large sofas for relaxing, and the well-equipped kitchen. One minor drawback is the sauna: the door no longer closes properly, preventing the sauna from maintaining temperatures above 60 degrees Celsius and causing a draft around the feet.

Superb location, perfect for hiking and lovely walks with the dogs. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean.
A quiet and relaxing setting, yet still within easy reach of towns, restaurants, and shops. A very nice, helpful, and friendly manager.

Price/performance ratio is rather adequate

From the outside, the tanner's cottage presents a very authentic appearance.
Inside, it is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Keeping these rustic walls so spotlessly clean is a true art...everything was truly spotless!
Upon entering, we were greeted by a pleasant warmth, plenty of space for shoes, a view into the creatively and practically furnished bathroom with a large whirlpool bathtub, and immediately to the left, the large and spacious bedroom...and a view of the beautiful, natural garden with its terrace. We discovered the sauna outside, a wonderful place to warm up and relax.
The steep stairs are easy to manage, just take it one step at a time.
Once at the top, the comfortably furnished kitchen invites you to prepare and cook. All necessary appliances are provided, and we didn't miss a dishwasher at all.
Next comes the dining area with ample space at the large table and a small storage room. The spacious living area adjoins, and the wood-burning stove is a special feature that radiates wonderful warmth. You might even have to turn the heating down a bit, otherwise it gets too warm.
Upstairs, we found a very large bedroom with an integrated glass shower room – a truly successful design!
There are additional sleeping spaces one more flight of stairs up, which we didn't use.
So, all in all, we were extremely satisfied with everything and wish all future guests as wonderful a time as we had.
