Unfortunately, we couldn't go on our holiday because of Corona! :( But Mr. Roth answered my many questions very well and helpfully. I hope we can make up for our relaxing holiday at the Gerberhaus at another time.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. We especially loved the little details, like the hammock with a view of the starry sky.
The hostess was very friendly.

The "love nest" is lovely, and the sauna is nice too.
BUT: it wasn't clear at the time of booking (or at best, it was very well hidden) that the sauna wasn't exclusive to this apartment, but rather shared with up to 12 guests of the other apartment. A complete no-go!!! Especially during the pandemic...!
Exclusive sauna use was the sole reason we chose this apartment. Only upon arrival did the other guests inform us that we still needed to coordinate sauna use.
We felt utterly cheated. This information MUST be communicated clearly and openly, especially in these times.
A real shame.
