If a family that lives in a household with several members is traveling, only the complete household details must be entered. For the other family members of the household, last name and first name are sufficient.
If a family lives in one household only for one person of this household with same address has to be filled in all information. For the other family members name, firstname is sufficient.
In accordance with the German Reporting Act, we are obliged to collect your data.
Please note that we are not allowed to let you into the holiday property if you do not provide your details or do not agree to the documentation of your details. We will destroy the data you provide after the official retention period has expired. We do not use the information you provide for any purpose other than that stated here, in particular not for advertising purposes, and of course we maintain data protection. According to the German law "Meldewesengesetz" we are obliged to collect your dates.
