We are especially proud of the particularly creative fitting of the glazed loggia, which illuminates the entire living space and which opens the door to the covered balcony above the roof of the house. Here, the balcony becomes a living room. "Feeling good on the threshold of nature!" was the enthusiastic exclamation of one guest. In any case, dreamlike sunset amazement is guaranteed. Historic tables and chairs invite you to linger in the room of about 35 square meters. The wood-fired oven (Häussler) is fired with wood. An old jukebox can be played. Here up to 25 people can be seated comfortably at the festively decorated table. Why do we call our apartments "gate"? Upon arrival you will encounter a remarkable house. Little suggests that you enter here coming from the center to the gateway to the Black Forest dream view. Let yourself be surprised. The lift takes you comfortably to the corresponding floor, where you enter the flat without any further barrier. The modern wall heating has been cleverly embedded in the traditional clay plaster, thus preserving the charm of the house. All flats feature an open-plan living and dining area with a modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a 4 plate ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster and a dishwasher. Dishes, cups, glasses and dish towels as well as many small useful kitchen utensils can also be found in the kitchens. A Smart TV with a cosy sofa corner invites you to linger. All bathrooms are high-quality and modern, the showers are flush with the floor. High chairs and toddler beds are available by arrangement. Internet and Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday home. The washing machine, a tumble dryer and useful cleaning utensils are centrally located in the house and are available to all holidaymakers. This large holiday flat with exposed beams on the 3rd floor has a glazed loggia, which offers a special highlight with lots of light and air.

The flat features two bedrooms, a daylight bathroom, a separate WC and a large living and dining area.
The open kitchen with dining area is modern and well equipped. The living room has a Smart TV and a large sofa bed, as well as access to the balcony.
Both bedrooms have large double beds (1.80 x 2.00m), a wardrobe and one of the two rooms has the separate WC adjacent. The daylight bathroom with a floor-level shower offers a WC, a washbasin, a mirror and a hairdryer.
The 4 well-equipped holiday flats are located in a listed house, which was completely renovated and modernised over a period of 3 years.

The holiday home standing on the town walls offers a wide panoramic view of the Black Forest as well as proximity to the old town. The medieval town of Dornstetten has a lot to offer, so that on holiday, in addition to everyday things, small cafés and bars are within walking distance. The enchanting old town with its half-timbered houses, medieval market square and small shops can also be explored on foot. A guided tour of the historic old town, the local history museum, the doll and toy museum, the summer open-air theatre are all cultural attractions in Dornstetten. Hallwangen, a suburb of Dornstetten, has a barefoot park and a high ropes course where you can experience nature with all your senses.

Freudenstadt with the largest market place in Germany is only 8km away. The Black Forest High Road is a highlight in summer and winter with the Lothar Trail for running and learning, the winter sports facilities and lifts. The Baden-Württemberg metropolises such as Stuttgart, Freiburg, Karlsruhe and Baden-Baden, as well as Lake Constance, can be reached in about an hour by car.
