• Outdoor sauna in shepherd's hut, wood-burning stove, lawn for sunbathing, (hot tub in planning for winter 22/23).
• small sauna / swimming pond to cool down, cooling shower / shower nature, natural water playground for children.
• a beautiful (farm) garden, and in the middle of it a meadow / free seat with barbecue / campfire.
• Several seating areas and sunbathing lawns (by sauna, terrace to the left and right of the house).

• Of the bathrooms, one bathroom on the first floor is barrier-free, the house is accessible throughout the first floor (= mezzanine!) even with a walker or wheelchair (not standard but practically it works).

The house has a central and ecological (district heating) wood heating. But of course, in the there is also a real, historic tiled stove and enough firewood for cozy (local) warmth. (If you want, you can also chop your own wood, although at your own risk :-).

Those who want to immerse themselves in the historical Black Forest way of building and living will find it in the nearby Black Forest open-air museum Vogtsbauernhöfe, which were and are a historical model for the Black Forest farm.
