On 330^{m2 of} generous living space, the sun's rays greet you in the morning when you look out of the window onto the meadows, paddocks and fields and put a smile on your face. The extraordinary thing about the exclusive dream holiday home Landhaus Seewald is the unusually generous amount of space on a total of 4 floors and the large garden!

The holiday home Landhaus Seewald was extensively renovated and equipped with optimal insulation and a wood pellet heating system for the sake of our environment and home. With a lot of commitment and attention to detail, the old wooden beams and thus the half-timbering were uncovered and restored. Numerous pieces of furniture were restored and give the house its special ambience. The modern style elements allow old and new to meet and create the special atmosphere of the house. Together with the cosy furnishings and accessories, the wonderful feel-good atmosphere of the holiday home is created.

Another highlight of the country house is the large garden of 2000^m2 with a children's playground with sandbox, swing and play tower and old fruit trees and a beautiful birch tree as well as a large seating area of 25^m2. So the children play in peace and you yourself leave everyday life behind in the deck chair. There is a separate large barbecue area in the garden and invites you to a cosy get-together in summer.

Or you can enjoy the fresh air after a sauna session in our large outdoor sauna, the "Sauna Kota", which offers free space for 8 people. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 guest WCs in the house. The bathroom on the ground floor is an en suite bathroom with separate toilet and washbasin. Next to it is a very large ground-level shower measuring 160x100 cm with a rain shower with back jets and waterfall. Another highlight is the whirlpool. Two further bathrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the country house: one equipped with washbasin, shower, WC and one with double washbasin, shower and bathtub. In addition, there are 2 separate guest WCs on each floor.

You will appreciate the spacious open kitchen, dining and living area with flat screen TV, which is located on the 1st floor. From there, you go directly to a large terrace with a relaxation area, which offers a beautiful view over the garden, the meadows and a view of the Black Forest. Here you can relax comfortably in the lounge seating set. In the very well-equipped kitchen of the holiday home you will find an induction cooker with oven, a fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. Free wireless internet is available throughout the house. You can make free calls to the German landline network.

On the second floor is the large lounge area with beamer and screen. There are 5 sofa beds and a total living area of 60^{m2 in} the large room. In total, 16-20 people can be accommodated in the country house, as well as additional small children.
