Step inside...you will find a beautiful dining-living room and kitchen. The large windows give you the feeling of walking directly into the garden.

The large, beautiful wooden kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, invites you to cook. You can prepare your coffee using a Bodum filter pot or a coffee maker. You will find a particularly nostalgic coffee experience with the porcelain coffee filter that is brewed with hot water from the kettle.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. In the living room, 2 sofas and 2 armchairs invite you to linger comfortably.

You fire up the stove and lose yourself in the flames. You sit comfortably at the large dining table. The well-stocked bookshelf invites you to read. You will find novels, children's books and much more.

There are 6 bedrooms in the house. Of these, 4 are double rooms with double beds. Furthermore, one bedroom has a bunk bed. Another 4-bed room completes the offer. In three rooms, an additional children's travel bed can be placed. 3 children's travel beds and two Trip-Trap high chairs are available. Furthermore, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

One bathroom is equipped with bathtub, shower and 2 washbasins, the 2nd bathroom is equipped with shower and 2 washbasins. There is a separate WC on the 1st floor. On the ground floor there is another WC.

A charcoal grill invites you to the barbecue season. Delicious sausages, a fine steak from the local butcher are the highlight for noble connoisseurs. Larger quantities can be easily grilled on the barbecue. Enjoy the grilled food at the table on the terrace or in the garden.

For the cars there are 4 parking spaces directly in front of the house.
