The holiday home offers a total of four bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living and dining area on 170 m2 of living space. The bedrooms have the following sleeping options:

• One bedroom with a double bed,
• two more, each with a double bed and a pull-out bunk bed, so that a total of 4 people can be accommodated in these two bedrooms.
• Another bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping chair. In the small children's playroom upstairs there are 2 mattresses that can also be used as a makeshift bed.

Two children's travel cots are available for your infants. The total bed capacity is 15 adults and additional infants.

The two bathrooms of the dream holiday home each have a shower and a small bathtub. A WC in the upper bathroom and 2 guest toilets round off the sanitary facilities.

In spring 2017, a small playground with a play tower, sandpit and slide will be built for the children. This way, your children will be in view when you sunbathe on the terrace or cool off after a sauna session.

In the living area there are 3 sofas (2 of which are sofa beds) and a very large extendable table and the modern red fireplace as an eye-catcher. Of course, a flat screen TV and DVD player are part of the standard equipment.

As you know from all our holiday homes, it is important to us that the kitchen is very well equipped: this means, of course, a dishwasher and a large ceramic cooker with oven. Furthermore, a microwave and a DeLonghi fully automatic coffee machine and much more. Directly next to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. By the way, the WLAN internet connection is included in the rent, as well as free telephone calls to the German landline network.

If you want to listen to music, there is a radio with CD player. Books are also available. You will find games for your children upstairs in the small playroom, which is inviting with a beanbag, children's play table and mattresses.

Of course, there is appropriate baby equipment from a travel cot to a high chair at your disposal.

Important for dog lovers: On the large 1200 m2 property, an area of approx. 500 m2 is fenced in. So your four-legged friend can really enjoy your holiday with dog.

Directly in front of the living area is the beautiful terrace where you can sit together and enjoy a barbecue. For parking, there is a garage and two parking spaces on the property. There are further parking possibilities in the immediate vicinity.
