The house is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed for the benefit of allergy sufferers. Smoking is possible in the garden.

The detached vacation home was newly built in 2022. Guests can expect a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and direct garden access on the ground floor. The shower room and separate toilet complete the ground floor. The 4 bedrooms on the upper floor are grouped around the extended staircase room with a cozy sitting and working area. The high-quality furnishings are characterized by a simple design mostly in solid wood. During the construction and execution of the building, themes of sustainability were consciously used (biological surface treatment with biological oils and paints, district heating connection to the neighboring group house, solar thermal energy, use of rainwater, etc.).
