Contacting us to hand over the keys went very well.
Even with personal concerns, someone was always available. The house was very clean and completely met our expectations. There was nothing missing. When it came to the house rules, we were initially very skeptical, but we had no problem sticking to them. I think every sensible person realizes that you should be considerate of your neighbors.
In such a small place where there is zero point zero noise day and night, it is of course understandable that there should be no party, otherwise the whole place would be wide awake. In the end, we had no restrictions on our weekend and were able to enjoy everything completely and will definitely book the Landhaus Seewald again next year.

The house was perfect for us as a large family (8 adults and 10 children aged 0-15). The layout of the different floors and the flexible rooms were great. The sauna was a great size and the infusion items on site were pure luxury. The kitchen equipment was fabulous. Only the space in the dining room would have been limited with more people. It's a shame that there are so many requirements because of the noise pollution. You can also sense the dissatisfaction of the neighbors. We didn't have any problems with the volume - the system never malfunctioned.

We spent the New Year with our extended family including small children and dogs in the beautiful holiday home in Seewald. Unfortunately, the weather forced us to spend the many rainy days indoors - but we were able to enjoy this to the fullest. Generously proportioned and beautifully furnished rooms invited you to linger. Whether cooking, in the wonderful sauna or playing in the lounge - everyone got their money's worth and had a lot of fun.

We came in a group of 12 people over a long weekend.
The house and the sanitary facilities offer enough space, and the kitchen is also suitable for cooking for the group.
During the day we enjoyed the surroundings and in the evening we relaxed in the large sauna.
In fact, you have to pay attention to the volume after 10 p.m. Despite the room volume outside, we were informed that the neighbors felt disturbed, but we were able to counteract this the next day because the indoor area is also large enough.
Somehow you can understand the neighbors, they don't have a vacation 🙂 and are in everyday life.
Next door is a small farm shop that offers regional and fresh products, and feasting is provided.

Really great holiday home, super equipped. Is very idyllic and has a great garden. The only negative point is a "nice" neighbor who is a bit bothered by the holiday home and is of the opinion that we should keep the windows closed in the summer when we are sitting in the living room (inside) so that she can leave her window in the bedroom open . ... there's nothing like that in the city!

The furnishings of the house are of very high quality. The seminar room was perfect for us and we used the sauna and whirlpool to relax. The surroundings were very beautiful and inviting in the winter magic. We are happy to recommend the house.

The house absolutely met our expectations. It was clean and spacious. The house is very well equipped, especially in the kitchen area. We would book again immediately!

The holiday home offers enough rooms for groups, has comfortable furnishings and a very nice outdoor area - also for children.
There are enough hiking routes, including to the Nagoldtalsperre. Everything was clean and in good condition.

The Seewald country house is beautifully situated at the height above the Nagoldtalsperre. Excellently equipped and lovingly furnished, the country house is definitely worth a visit. The helpfulness and friendliness of the property management should also be emphasized. All in all, a wonderful home that we would be happy to visit again.

Great country house that combines tradition and modernity. We stayed in Seewald for 4 days with 11 adults and 3 children. The house offers plenty of space and comfort and is quietly located in a beautiful landscape. We can recommend it without reservation.

We booked the holiday home for January 2020 with a total of 18 people and 2 dogs.
Communication with the landlord is difficult because he keeps it short and to the point and contact is only possible via email as only the answering machine answers. One week before arrival, three emails will be sent with attachments containing the house rules... (e.g. if the nighttime quiet or quiet times on Sundays and public holidays and the noise level during the day are ignored, guests may be subject to legal penalties as a consequence it is an administrative offense (up to €5000)) that must be complied with.
Very intimidating... naptime, totally outdated and difficult to maintain with children. All in all, the house is in a very quiet location and the garden invites you to linger and play.
The house has everything you need for your stay and even more, including a large room with a projector. One downside with small children, there is only one stair gate on the stairs down. The remaining stairs are not secured. The house does NOT have a whirlpool, there is only a bathtub with a bubble function in the bedroom on the ground floor. The property is not completely fenced in, which is what we would have liked for the dogs. Furthermore, the final cleaning fee is supposedly included in the price, but "swept clean" is not enough for the landlords. It's best to wipe and clean the windows before you leave. Otherwise you will have to forego part of your deposit.

The house is very large and spacious, and also very nice and quiet.
Everything was neat and clean. We had a very nice time. The house is very suitable for a large family. Communication with the landlord was mediocre, questions about costs were answered rather incompletely, I still don't know the price for children, for example.
There are a long series of regulations regarding behavior during your stay, which, firstly, could be formulated in a more friendly manner and, secondly, you don't have to send them five times! That seems rather intimidating. Given the rather higher price, we would have expected the beds to be made in the house, but we had to do that ourselves as well as take off the beds.
