We already spent our vacation in the Schindelhäusle last year!
We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday there again this year! The equipment is gigantic and nothing is missing, everything has been thought out down to the last detail, so that families can spend a relaxing time there, even when the weather is not so good! The house and the garden are in top condition, the house is very clean and leaves nothing to be desired (board games, books, children's toys, etc.) From the location, you can reach many excursion destinations and hiking trails by train
, ideal for Hikers and families!
There are lots of brochures with excursion destinations, hiking maps and endless books to read! The landlords, the holiday home agency and all the hard-working hands who help are incredibly nice and accommodating and are available if you have any questions!
We have already booked for next year and can't wait to come back!

We had a very nice short vacation in the Schindelhäusle. We didn't miss anything.

As a 3-generation family of six with a small baby, we had a wonderful long weekend at the Schindelhäusle in Alpirsbach! The house is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. You feel like you are staying with good friends. Beautiful location on the outskirts of the town in a quiet residential area, in just a few minutes you can be in the historic town , where you can take challenging tours of the Romanesque monastery complex or the traditional brewery. There is also a historic printing press and an old-school cinema. The hiking opportunities are also great, there are two good hiking maps in the house. You could spend many weeks here, you won't run out of reading material in the house and in summer you can use the beautiful garden with a playground. We would like to come again. Thank you!

We spent a wonderful 10 days in Alpirsbach, the house offers a lot of space and rooms to retreat to when you want to be alone, it is furnished with great attention to detail and shows good taste, after a very short time the feeling that this was my house. The administration also gave us advice and was able to answer all of our questions. Big praise and a clear YES for the location. Best regards.

As a family of 4, we were the first holiday guests to move into the Schindelhäusle and we simply have to say that it was an all-round successful holiday.
The furnishings are comfortably "old-fashioned", spiced up with modern decoration highlights (based on the Black Forest, super cute and true to detail), everything has been thought of, there is simply nothing missing to enjoy a relaxing and relaxing holiday .
The cleanliness was TOP!
Great, large, spacious bedrooms, a spacious and TIP TOP living and dining area, a comfortable sofa, a more than adequately equipped kitchen, the Schindelhäusle offered us a great home for 14 days. The Schindelhäusle is particularly recommended for families with children. Toys, games, painting materials and a small children's kitchen also ensure that the children are kept busy and can feel comfortable during their stay.
Changing table, travel cot, high chair, bed rail and much more help ensure that parents have less packing stress and can relax well because everything is there. Beautiful excursion destinations, nature and nearby attractions (summer toboggan run, Vogtsbauernhof, Europa Park about 1.5 hours away) made our vacation something very special.
It is a quiet street with very nice neighbors and children are very welcome.
A beautiful view, two terraces, a garden shed where you can find everything you need to enjoy quiet evenings (chairs, beer tent furniture, badminton games and much more). In the lower area you will find the laundry room, with everything a mother's heart desires 🙂 Washing machine, dryer, clothes horse and much more.
We have already booked for next year and are already looking forward to spending 3 weeks in the Schindelhäusle.

Very pleasant short stay. The house is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. For hikers it would be very nice to have a detailed map or two of the area available but we will be very happy to come back!
